Refund Policy

14-Day Right to Cancel Under UK law, you have the right to change your mind. You have 14 days from the date you receive your garment to notify us that you want to return it for a refund.

Condition for Return To be eligible, the shirt must be:

• Unworn and unwashed.

• In the same condition it arrived.

• Free from any marks or scents (perfume, smoke, etc.).

How to Return

1. Email will@iamfreet.com within 14 days of delivery to start the process.

2. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we aren't responsible for items lost in the post.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty Items If the garment is genuinely defective (e.g., a structural flaw in the 220 GSM cotton or embroidery), we will provide a full refund or a replacement if stock allows. Please contact us immediately with a photo of the fault.

Exchanges Because our batches are finite (Batch 01 is limited to 20 units), we cannot guarantee size exchanges. If your size is sold out, we will issue a refund instead.
